LOWE’S STORE SLATED FOR NEW ALBANY, MISSISSIPPI The Do-It-Yourself retailer toinvest $12 million to build one-stop shop for appliances, furnishings, building materials and lawn/garden products
New Albany, MS – Lowe’s has confirmed a deal with McWhorter Properties, that could soon bring a new Lowe’s store to the southwest quadrant of U.S. Highway 78 and State Highway 30. The new Lowe’s store is expected to open in the fiscal second quarter of 2009. The do-it-yourself retailer is known for helping homeowners find the right equipment and supplies to build, improve, beautify and enjoy their homes.

Vuteq, USA plans on employing 130 people and investing over $31 million dollars at their new Mississippi location in New Albany, In addition, Vuteq, USA will employ up to 500 people onsite at Toyota.
